To update your current payment information or cancel your account completely, please follow the steps below.
1. For club/corporate/educational licence holders:
a) select 'Settings' in the left-hand navigation menu;
b) then in the 'Account' area select 'Licences' as shown in image 1 below;
c) select either 'Update Payment Method' or 'Cancel Subscription' as required.
2. If your account was set up on your behalf by our customer services team:
a) follow steps a and b above;
b) raise a support ticket to contact us regarding your request to update your payment method, add further user IDs/licences to your account or cancel, as shown in image 2 below.
