ASC Cloud makes searching and locating activity files within your account and across your folders is easy using ASC Cloud.
You have the option of using the main Search function in the left-hand navigation menu - shown in the image above, plus you also have the 'Quick Search' option to easily search and locate activity files and images when you are creating a lesson/session plan.
To learn how to use the 'Quick Search' function - please follow the steps below:
1. Select the image box button follow by ‘Insert an Existing File’ as shown in the first image below
2. Then select either My Files/Team/Files images as shown and then enter the name or first few characters of the file name that you want to locate - as shown in the second image below
3. Then hit 'Search' and the files relating to your search term are returned for you insert into your session/lesson plan.
