ASC Cloud uses the latest security measures and protocols to maintain account security for all users.
Every now and then the system will check that you are you via 2-Factor Authentication. To understand how the process works, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your account as normal and the 2-Factor Authentication screen appears as shown in the image below:
2. A unique verification code is then automatically sent to the email address registered to your account.
3. Copy and paste the code into the field as shown below and hit 'Verify'
4. Your code is is valid for 5 minutes, if you do not authenticate before the code expires then please select 'Resend Email Code' to receive a new one.
If you cannot locate the authentication code email within your inbox, then please ensure that you check your junk and spam email folders.
